Research on Gas Remote Monitoring System Based on Industrial Ethernet and Information Fusion

摘要: 基于BP神经网络和MCGS组态软件远程监控,采用工业以太网把矿井下多个监控分站集成在一起,兼容多种通信协议,克服了分站之间存在的协议不规范的问题,同时提高了通信速率,改善了人机交互界面友好性,并且把人员定位、人员安全检测、人员考勤、工矿大屏幕视频监控系统以及IP电话有效布设,通过更换监控分站以及部分通信线路,便可以升级原有瓦斯监控系统,不仅为煤炭企业提高经济利益,同时还节约成本和时间,便与维护。

Abstract: Based on BP neural network and configuration software MCGS remote monitoring, the use of industrial Ethernet to mine monitoring substation integrated together, this is compatible with a variety of communication protocols, overcome the station between the existing protocols are not standardized, and at the same time, improve the communication rate, improve the man machine interactive interface, and the personnel positioning, personnel safety inspection, staff attendance, industrial and mining large screen video monitoring system and IP phone effective layout, can through the replacement of the monitoring substation and part of communication lines, you can upgrade of the original gas monitoring system, in order to enhance the economic benefits of coal enterprises, saving cost and time, and maintenance.
